Booking Policy

✅Fill Book Appointment form carefully. Choose the service you wish to book and select your preferred date and time.

✅Provide your name, contact number, and email address so we can confirm your appointment.

✅You will receive a confirmation email once your appointment is booked.

✅If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients.

✅Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to ensure a relaxing and unhurried experience.

✅If you’re running late, please let us know as soon as possible. 

Are online payments secure?

Yes, our online payment processor uses industry best practice to ensure their payment gateway is secure.

Cancellation & Booking Policy:

Recently, we have experienced a number of last-minute cancellations and individuals not appearing for their appointments. When these situations arise, it becomes a very stressful time, especially as we operate independently. We don’t receive compensation when appointments are canceled at the last minute or result in a no-show. Consequently, we have implemented some new policies.

We acknowledge that we are all facing challenging times currently. However, this venture constitutes our sole source of income. Therefore, we are taking steps to safeguard both ourselves and the business to ensure our sustainability.
